Arsenal Football Club has ushered in a new era in its illustrious history by announcing a pioneering partnership with Sobha Realty, the Dubai-based luxury real estate developer. As of today, London Colney, the heart where Arsenal's athletes train and strategize, will be known as the Sobha Realty Training Centre.

A Groundbreaking Naming Rights Deal

This partnership is a historic first for the club, with Sobha Realty becoming the inaugural naming rights partner for Arsenal's training ground. The new deal also sees Sobha Realty ascend to the role of a Principal Partner of Arsenal and the official training kit sleeve partner for both the men's and women's teams.

Creating World-Class Facilities and Opportunities

Arsenal will leverage Sobha Realty's distinguished expertise in property and real estate to further develop their training ground, aiming to engineer excellence and craft the optimal environment for players, coaches, and staff. This strategic move underscores Arsenal's commitment to progress and innovation in providing world-class facilities.

Supporting Sobha Realty's Global Ambitions

The collaboration is equally strategic for Sobha Realty, as it aligns with their vision of becoming a globally recognized real estate brand. With plans to expand in the UK and US markets, this partnership offers a platform for Sobha to increase its brand visibility and engage with audiences worldwide.

Mutual Commitment to Growth and Quality

Arsenal's Chief Commercial Officer, Juliet Slot, highlighted the dynamic nature of Sobha Realty and the shared intent to build upon the partnership to benefit both entities. This alliance is set to be a cornerstone of sustainable growth for Arsenal, creating commercial opportunities that can be reinvested into the club.

Edu, Arsenal's Sporting Director, emphasized the importance of the training centre as a vital component of the club's ecosystem, not just for athletic preparation but also for education, relaxation, and community building. The partnership is seen as crucial for fostering a winning culture and ensuring optimal conditions for success.

A Legacy of Excellence and Innovation

From Sobha Realty's perspective, Co-chairman Ravi Menon and Managing Director Francis Alfred expressed excitement over the deepening ties with Arsenal. Securing the naming rights to the training centre is a testament to Sobha's commitment to excellence and marks a significant step in their robust commercial strategy to gain a foothold in the international market.

Building on a Foundation of Success

This collaboration builds on an existing relationship that began in September 2023 when Sobha Realty acquired the naming rights to The WM Club at Emirates Stadium. The partnership has since matured, with Sobha Realty's branding featured prominently at both men's and women's home fixtures, supporting the developer's aim to enhance its brand presence globally.

This strategic partnership between Arsenal and Sobha Realty not only represents a fusion of sports and real estate excellence but also sets a precedent for how global brands can engage with sports entities to achieve mutual goals and leave a lasting impact.
