Emirates, the Official Main Partner of Real Madrid, has revealed a special livery on one of its Boeing 777 aircraft. This unique design highlights the airline’s long-standing partnership with the Spanish football club.

Real Madrid Takes Off in Style

The Boeing 777 landed in Madrid on 7 January 2025, carrying Real Madrid’s first team to Jeddah for the Spanish Super Cup tournament, which runs from 8 to 12 January. This exclusive flight underscores Emirates’ role as a key sponsor of the club since 2011. Emirates became Real Madrid’s jersey sponsor in 2013, with the current partnership running until 2026—making it the longest jersey sponsorship in La Liga.

The new livery features some of the team’s star players, including Kylian Mbappé, Vinícius Júnior, Luka Modrić, Jude Bellingham, Lucas Vázquez, and Federico Valverde. This design connects the club’s global fanbase and adds a visual element to Emirates’ collaboration with Real Madrid.

Connecting Fans Around the World

The Real Madrid-themed Boeing 777 will operate on routes to cities such as Athens, Vienna, Miami, Seattle, and Kuwait, allowing fans worldwide to see their team represented in the skies. Emirates has consistently worked to bring football fans closer to the game through events, experiences, and sponsorships.

Emirates’ Presence in Madrid

Since starting operations to Madrid in 2010, Emirates has established a strong connection with the city, offering a double daily service using a mix of Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft. This partnership with Real Madrid further strengthens the airline’s ties to Spain.

Modernizing the Fleet

Emirates is investing heavily in its fleet, with 40 aircraft already refurbished, including 27 Airbus A380s and 13 Boeing 777s. The updates include modern interiors and the introduction of a Premium Economy cabin. Emirates recently added its first A350 aircraft, now flying to destinations such as Edinburgh, Kuwait, and Bahrain, with more to come.
