Inter Milan hosted a large-scale member engagement event at San Siro ahead of the Serie A match against Udinese, gathering 2,500 Inter Club members from Italy and around the world. The event, known as Inter Club Talk, was organized to recognize and strengthen the club’s growing global supporter network, which now totals 228,220 members across 80 countries.

The event featured appearances by President and CEO Giuseppe Marotta, Vice President Javier Zanetti, and Chief Revenue Officer Giorgio Ricci, who engaged directly with Inter Club members and shared the club’s strategic vision for fan involvement, infrastructure development, and loyalty innovation.

Inter Club as a Strategic Engagement Platform Inter Milan Inter Club

The Inter Club program serves as the core of Inter Milan’s global fan engagement strategy, enabling the club to maintain physical and emotional proximity to fans in key international markets. Over the past four seasons, membership has more than doubled, and the Inter Club presence has expanded to half of the world’s countries, making it a valuable resource for both community-building and brand activation.

The event highlighted Inter’s intention to use the Inter Club network as a strategic pillar in future competitions, including the Club World Cup in the United States, where the club will rely on an established fan base in North America.

Leadership Perspectives: Loyalty, Infrastructure, and Global Support

During the event, Giorgio Ricci, Inter’s CRO, outlined the launch of a new Loyalty Program, which has already attracted over 100,000 sign-ups. The program, designed to deepen fan ties and provide exclusive benefits, includes:

  • Access to member-only events

  • Points-based systems tied to engagement and purchases

  • Discounted merchandise and early access offers

“Being an Inter Club member will be a huge boost in the Loyalty Program,” Ricci stated, noting that it will function as a central tool for enhancing lifetime fan value.

President Giuseppe Marotta used the event to reiterate Inter’s position on stadium modernization. He confirmed that the club, in partnership with AC Milan, has submitted an official proposal to redevelop the San Siro area and aims to begin construction in 2027, with the goal of opening the new stadium by 2030. The modern venue will maintain current capacity while offering more inclusive pricing and a stronger matchday experience.

Javier Zanetti, Vice President and former club captain, emphasized the emotional connection between Inter and its supporters, citing global fan presence at recent events such as the Infinity League in Munich and acknowledging that dozens of Inter Clubs are named after him across continents.

Awarding Global and Local Contributions

At the end of the Inter Club Talk, the club handed out Inter Club Awards to recognize outstanding contributions from various fan organizations. Notable winners included:

  • Largest Italian Club: Inter Club “Belli de Roma” (3,751 members)

  • Largest International Club: Inter Club Albania (3,363 members)

  • Charity Hero: Inter Club Brugherio (charity work in Africa)

  • Most Improved: Inter Club Daily (+500 members vs. last season)
