The Kansas City Current is excited to announce a multi-year partnership with Diageo, a global leader in the alcohol beverage industry. Diageo, known for its diverse portfolio of over 200 brands sold in nearly 180 countries, will bring some of its most iconic beverages to enhance the gameday experience at CPKC Stadium.
Guinness Leads the Lineup at CPKC Stadium
As part of this groundbreaking partnership, Guinness, the iconic Irish brewer, will be prominently featured inside CPKC Stadium, the world’s first stadium purpose-built for a women’s professional sports team. Fans will be able to enjoy Guinness on draft at various locations throughout the stadium, including a specially branded portable bar in the northwest corner.
In addition to Guinness, other popular Diageo brands such as Lone River Ranch Water, Smirnoff ICE SMASH malt beverages, and Captain Morgan Sliced Up Tropical Hurricane will also be available. These selections will provide fans with a variety of premium beverage options, enhancing the overall matchday experience.

This partnership marks a historic moment for Diageo in their ongoing support of women’s sports. Guinness is already a presenting sponsor for the Women’s Six Nations rugby championship and Diageo brands are proud partners with three other clubs in the National Women’s Soccer League.
Enhancing Fan Experience

The partnership will feature in-stadium signage, CPKC Plaza Activations, and a sponsored happy hour event later this season. Additionally, Lone River Ranch Water, a brand founded by women, will be available in the CPKC Pitch Club and at select concourse locations.
